Answer: Sunricher was founded in 2007 in HongKong and Shenzhen branch with manufacturing facility is established in 2009. Sunricher is a professional high-tech company which integrates R&D, manufacturing, sales and after-sales service.
Question: What is Sunricher's main business?
Answer: Sunricher has been engaged in the field of intelligent LED lighting controller, LED dimmer, smart home and home automation for years since 2007. Our products have been widely used for architectural lighting, residential lighting, hotel lighting and commercial lighting all around the world. We're the first to invent the world first 2D full touch touch controller and lead the LED controller to a new era. Our products feature great compatibility with Lutron, Dynalite, Clipsal, LDS, Osram, Philips, ABB, Schneider, Leviton, JUNG, Berker, Be Lichtregler etc.
Question: What are the main products of Sunricher?
Answer: Sunricher offers a full range of intelligent lighting controller and dimmer product portfolio including RF Series, WiFi Series, DALI Series, DMX512 Series, 0/1-10V Series, Triac Series, KNX Series, Enocean Series, Zigbee Series, Z-wave Series etc. With strong R&D department and years of experience, we can provide professional OEM/ODM service to meet customers' unique demand with customized lighting control solution that can be compatible with products from most of famous international suppliers like Lutron, Dynalite, Clipsal, LDS, Osram, Philips, ABB, Schneider, Leviton, JUNG, Berker, Be Lichtregler etc.
Question: Can Sunricher provide OEM/ODM service?
Answer: Sunricher has a talented and experienced R&D department with over 20 senior engineers in intelligent lighting control and home automation, and they have successfully completed many OEM/ODM cases to meet customers' customized demand. Question: Do Sunricher products infringe other companys' intellectual property?
Answer: Sunricher has always been paying much attention to intellectual property, all our products have our self-owned intellectual property and each product has been granted one or more patents.
Question: What is the main market of Sunricher products?
Answer: Sunricher products are mainly designed for high end users in Europe and United States, and our our products have been exported to over 20 countries all over the world.
Question: What's the quality control system of Sunricher?
Answer: Our quality control is strictly executed under ISO9001:2008 system from 2010, our ISO9001:2008 certification was issued by TUV from Germany.
Question: What kind of certifications can Sunricher provide for the products?
Answer: All Sunricher products are CE, RoHS approved. Most of them are FCC approved. And some of them are UL pending since we are applying UL certification. For more further detailed information, please contact our sales
Question: What's the product warranty policy for the products?
Answer: Sunricher provides up to 5 years long term limited warranty for LED controllers, LED dimmers and drivers. Please consult our sales for more detailed information.
Question: Where can I download a product user manual which includes technical specifications?
Answer: Product user manual can be found and downloaded on detailed product page under the "Resources" section. Enter the detailed product page and click on the "Resources" section, then click on the user manual in PDF version to view or save.
Question: Can I find the product catalog on the website?
Answer: Product catalog is available on the "APP & Catalogue Download" page which is under the "Services" menu. Enter the "APP & Catalogue Download" page, then click on the product catalog in PDF version to view it or save it.
Question: How to order Sunricher products?
Answer: First please contact us with the item that you're interested and we will reply you with the price with MOQ. Then you confirm the quantity to us and we will make PI for you and sample order is welcome before bulk orders. You need to pay for the PI and we will ship the goods to you as soon as possible. As for the product stock, please first contact our sales to confirm. Generally we have stock for our regular products. We will deliver the goods within two weeks if they are out of stock.
Question: What is the lead-time?
Answer: Lead-time varies depending on different order types. For sample orders and regular orders, if the products are in stock, we can ship then within 3 working days, if they are out of stock, we have to order raw materials and arrange production and generally they can be shipped within 15 working days depending on different quantities. For OEM/ODM orders, since it is a whole process including R&D, sample production, sample confirmation and mass production, please consult your sales representative for detailed lead-time.
Question: What will Sunricher do if the products we get are malfunctional?
Answer: Please describe the problem in details, it's better for you to supply us with the picture of the wire connections, the specification of other products which are connected to us such as the lamp, the master controllers. Our professional engineers will first analyse the problem, generally the most popular reason is wrong connection. We will replace the defective products if our products do have problems for free.
Question: What kind of payment does Sunricher accept?
Answer: Sunricher accepts Western Union and T/T payment for sample orders, and L/C only for orders with the amount of more than USD50000. We accept 30% payment in advance after place the order and 70% balance before shipment by T/T for the orders the amount below USD50000. Please contact your sales representative for more details.
FAQs Regarding Products
Question: How to solve the "can't turn off the lights" problem?
Answer: If you find the LED lights on the controller or dimmer can not be Turned OFF, which is caused by the power supply. To solve it, please make sure the power supply is GND connected. Please refer to the attached photo to learn how to make the power supply connected to ground.
